Loved Twice

The mission of Loved Twice is to clothe newborns in need with quality gently used baby clothing for their first year of life. Each infant receives a year’s worth of gender-appropriate baby clothing. Loved Twice serves at-risk babies whose parents, most often single mothers, are experiencing extreme challenges, including homelessness, poverty, violence, and teen pregnancy. Ensuring that these infants receive proper clothing for their entire first year of life helps reduce the new parents’ stress, allowing them to better care for their baby in the long-term, as well as alleviates the burden of having to choose between buying clothing for the baby and buying food or other necessities. By partnering with over 150 social service agencies, Loved Twice has distributed over 1 million essential garments recycled into underserved communities with an estimated retail value of 4 million dollars.
